The Website contains stories, content and images uploaded by its users. All images and intellectual property in the website are the property of both the Calgary Board of Education and those who have submitted the content.
The images in this collection are intended to provide copyright friendly images for use by students and teachers in an educational setting. The images may not be sold as an image collection or partial image collection. Images in this collection may be used by teachers and students in print, multimedia, and video productions. These could include, but are not limited to, school projects and web pages, for the express purpose of improving student educational opportunities.

Submitters must ensure that the images or intellectual content they are submitting have been personally collected, are not collected from another unknown or unidentified source and are not copyrighted. By submitting images or intellectual property you are indicating that you own all proprietary rights for what is being submitted.

Privacy Policy
No identifying information of any student or adult will be released on the website without expressed written permission or request. Because of the global nature of project and the importance of understanding how homelessness affects many cities and countries around the world, the city and country of every submission will be published unless it is otherwise expressed in writing.

Many school jurisdictions require expressed consent from parents or guardians before this can happen.
