What are the causes and solutions to child poverty? How can we make a world fit for all children?
The problem of child poverty is getting worse all over the world; including Canada.
In May 2002, all members of the United Nations met in New York to sign the United Nations Declaration "A World Fit for Children."
Because Canada signed this declaration it must agree to develop a national plan of action to ensure that we stop child poverty in Canada.
