The Finished Millennium Development Goals

"Hi.  My name is Emerson.  I am 9 years old.  I go to Earl Grey Elementary.  I used pastels because it is quick.
My picture is about what the world will be like when the MDGs are finished.  When all the goals are finished, the poor parts of the world will all be really nice.  I put green grass and two trees and a concrete hut, because now they have money to build houses.  I also drew an elephant because he was bringing food to the hut, kind of like a servant, but the elephant is healthy.  Even the animals are better because of the Millennium Development Goals.  The title of my picture is “The Finished Millennium Development Goals.”  I learned that when the world needs goals and they are all finished then the world is a better place.  When I grow up I will help with the goals of the world."
