A painting of a large tree and white vehicle

Helping Others

"I chose to paint because I love art. This picture shows an ambulance driver driving food, medicine and water to people who need it very much. It also shows a ho9spital, where people who are scared, sick, or hurt can go to get help. The title of this painting is 'Helping Others." Before I made the painting, our teacher told our class about the project, she helped us to understand how important the goals are. After reading a little bit more about the United Nations Millennium evelopment Goals, I know that everyone needs to help achieve them. The message I would like to send is that everyone needs to help we are going to make th world a better and safer place. I will try to find volunteering programs that I can participate in to do my part in helping to achieve the MDG's. I hope that this project will help show students see that if we work together we can achieve any goal."
